Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Qualified Science Teacher Position with Hybrid Teaching Approach (KS3-KS5)

Preferred Specialism: Biology (but open to exceptionally talented Science Teachers)

Salary Scale: £150- £200

Look no further! Our Client School in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Qualified Science Teacher to join their team. Biology specialism is desirable for this role, but good science teachers will also be considered.
Job Prospect:
- This will be a full-time position teaching across KS3-KS5.
- This will be a mixture of in-class teaching and 5 online classes per week.
- SEN experience not essential but helpful.

Job Duties:
- Develop and deliver engaging science lessons to students of varying abilities and backgrounds
- Create hands-on experiments and activities to enhance learning experiences
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with educational standards
- Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK is desirable
- Recent experience as a Science Teacher or Trainee Teacher
- Passion for science education and a commitment to student success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Enthusiasm for collaboration and teamwork
