Salary/Grade: Leadership Pay Spine 2 – 5 £48,366 - £52,074

Full time, Permanent

Required ASAP or Summer 1

To be successful you will need to:

·         Have skills in communication, collaboration, listening, adaptability, empathy, and patience.

·         Hold at least 3 years teaching experience (secondary).

·         Be qualified to teach English at GCSE.

·         Possess outstanding teaching ability.

·         Think creatively to anticipate and solve problems.

·         Embody the values of ‘Achievement through Caring’.

·         Contribute fully to school life.

·         Have high expectations of yourself and be a role model to others.

·         Be determined to play a pivotal part in leading staff in the English Department, working closely with the Director of English.
