Mechanical Project Manager – Norwich – Salary to £58k.

A well respected Mechanical and Electrical contractor needs a Mechanical Project Manager on a £10m project in Norwich.

Previous experience of working in on a Prison would be very beneficial.

As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will have SMSTS, CSCS skills card, along with relevant industry qualification and experience.

• Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain, delivery teams and management.
• Health & Safety management with support from QHSE manager
• Attending internal CVR/progress meetings
• Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings.
• Specification and ordering of materials alongside the procurement team
• Employing and managing sub-contractors
• Preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
• Management and briefing of installation personnel.
• Resolving installation and access issues.
• Completion and submission of as-installed documentation.
• Programme and project planning
