Electrical Estimator
Rochester
up to £35,000 pa
This role, joining a Facilities Management company, is an addition to the team due to an increase in business. The main focus is commercial property.
The role of Electrical Estimator includes:-
Working on high volume - low value quotes and estimates
Producing accurate electrical estimates inline with specifications and industry standards
Costing materials and fixtures for each project
evaluating project costs and risks for commercial viability and risks
Ensuring tender submissions are reviewed and qualified
Reviewing Electrical quotes
communication with clients, and site visits as necessary
To be considered for the role of Electrical Estimator, you should:-
Have experience of reading tender specifications and drawings
Have experience of producing detailed pricing cost plans
Be able to self-manage your time, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Hold a full UK driving licence
