Role: Business Development Manager

Industry: Utilities

Location: Tadley, Aldermaston

Salary: £40,000-£45,000

Office Angels have teamed up with a forward thinking, dynamic client who are in the Utilities industry, are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager. This role is a busy role and you will based in the office 3 days a week and working from home 2 days a week. You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.

The day to day duties in your new job will be….






· Delivering 100% against delivery targets in line with utility and revenue objectives whilst maintaining agreed margin levels.

· Agreeing new delivery contracts with the supply chain.

· Developing new business and partnership opportunities to expand current supply chain.

· Account management of supply chain

· Regular business review meetings with all delivery partners

· Driving quality and compliance from delivery partners

· Develop strong relationships with existing BDM's, all internal stakeholders and Supply Chain

· Providing innovative ideas to grow the brand.

· Liaise between supply chain and cross-functional internal teams

· Keeping records of performance against all targets and KPIs providing a real time view of the current position against all supply chain contracts

· Have a clear and detailed understanding of the client's contractual and operational requirements. Demonstrating the ability to confidently manage their expectations through the management of the supply chain.

· Keep up to date with industry standards, guidance, compliance and scheme updates.

· Create networking opportunities






Skills & Competencies






· Experience of sales with a service sector organisation

· Experience & proven track record in delivering challenging KPI's

· CRM software and Microsoft office
