Location: Becket House, Worthing (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support with the technical running and administration of the systems within the HR team including the HRIS, ATS and LMS
- Troubleshooting and liaising with the help desk to address any issues that arise that cannot be fixed in-house
- Supporting with maintenance such as upgrades and updates as well as any configuration or customisation of the system
- Responsible for the system related queries within the relevant department inboxes or via phone
- Maintain security for all HR systems access. Create user accounts, manage access permissions, and resolve any access issues
- Provide training for system users to increase their effectiveness and ability to use the system and reporting tools
- Create and customise training materials such as presentations and Quick Guides for Managers and Employees
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards including creating MI and analytics relating to HR data
- Produce regular reports as required such as to support with the monthly HR board report either manually or build an automated report from the HRIS where possible
- Act as a technical expert within LRG between the HR systems and third-party systems and/or stakeholders
- Monitor data within the HRIS to ensure system integrity and consistency, and identify measures to address any gaps. This includes supporting with regular data audits and cleaning in conjunction with HR team colleagues, ensuring all the data complies with legal requirements.
- Collaborate on data matters with key stakeholders within the business such as the Group HR Director, Group Transformation Director, IT etc.
- To be part of HR projects as and when required including performing mass data imports where necessary
- Support with the annual data projects such as salary review, NMW analysis etc.
- Support with the integration of acquisitions from an HRIS perspective including loading the data and providing HR systems access to new colleagues
- Complete data extraction and analysis on HR data including producing reports with commentary and identifying trends to support in business decisions
- Multi-tasking between numerous projects and day-to-day duties
- Provide ad-hoc reports to the business as required
- Be the HR Microsoft 365 subject matter expert and support the wider HR team with software requirements and training needs such as creating new activity reports
- Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times
- Continuously be suggesting process improvements within the HR team to better utilise technology to maintain our efficient ways of working
- Supporting the HR Admin team with workload as and when the capacity within the role allows

- Ability to collaborate across the department/group.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Able to plan and prioritise.
- Excellent IT skills - Experience of Microsoft suite of products, Word, Excel etc. (to include Pivot tables, Lookups)
- Attention to detail
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Knowledge of property market and associated services
Desirable:
- Power BI
- CIPD level 3 or above
