What you will do in your working day

• Serving and engaging with customers
• Taking food & drink orders
• Cash handling
• Stock rotation
• Food hygiene
• Health and safety

The training you will be getting

The apprentice will be working towards attaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member qualification with on-site training supported one day a week by Weymouth College. There is potential for the right candidate to complete full Barista training (training for this will be provided on-site by a third-party training provider).

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Expectation is that the apprentice continues their employment with the company. With a view to further their training and development to multi-skill and grow with the company.
