Job description
This would suit someone with experience and good knowledge of the Estate Agency Sales Industry looking for a challenge in taking a start up Sales Division in an established Letting Company into the future and growing it while having a share in its profits. We will consider applicants on their own merits and strengths. We already have a property management company, covering South Wales, that is growing but are now at a crossroads and looking to grow the business adding a sales division. Taking a sales office from day one of it's existence, promoting the company while going out and taking on new properties, conducting viewings with prospective Purchasers and negotiating sales through to completion, you would have full control and responsibility of all aspects of the Sales side of the business while working with the lettings and mortgage side and report to the director while demonstrating strong admin skills to ensure the smooth running of the business. We pride ourselves on a personal service and get to know all our customers. Initially starting on 12 hours per week employed with a self employed side to the job that is accompanied by a big share of the fee on every sale. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person and offers you the chance to share in your own success. This would suit someone looking to establish themselves within a company but with a good amount of autonomy to stamp their own processes and identity on the Sales Division. In essence, it will be like running your own business from established premises without having all the overheads. Long term, we are always discussing the possibilities of proven and dedicated staff joining in the ownership of the business in years to come.
