What We're Looking For: We are seeking an Autism Teaching Assistant who brings:

Requirements: - Experience: Prior experience in a comparable role supporting students with SEN, particularly Autism, is essential.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in special education or related fields are a plus.
Responsibilities: - Individualized Support: Deliver personalized support to the student with Autism Spectrum Disorder, adapting to their specific requirements.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to implement tailored support plans.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress and achievements of the student under your care, identifying areas for improvement and development.
