Hybrid Remote (WFH/Basingstoke Office)
Full time, permanent
Salary: up to £57.5K DOE

Our client, RL Automotive supplies cutting-edge Intelligent Mobility Technologies to transport and logistics operators. Their AutoTrust platform provides insight into vehicle health for predictive and preventative maintenance, focusing on bringing impactful cost efficiencies and emission reductions to the industry.
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced and confident Full Stack Developer to join their small, but very proactive team in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Full Stack Developer , the role:
- Maintaining and supporting existing SaaS platform
- Planning and developing new features for integration
- Communicating with stakeholders to ensure the platform development
- Working across the stack (both back-end and front-end development)
- Contributing to the decision-making process and success of the platform
- Mentoring and helping the internal team, steering the direction of the business
Full Stack Developer , the person:
- Previous experience within a similar role and environment
- Strong general aptitude for programming and problem solving
- The ability to pick-up new tools and techniques quickly
- Strong knowledge of Python and AWS
- Experienced across all areas of full-stack development - ideally developing SaaS platforms
- Understanding of VueJS or a similar front-end framework
- Ability to contribute to technical and architectural decisions
- Outstanding communicator, comfortable with working with people at all levels
- Highly organised and working to tight deadlines but equally flexible team player
- Passionate expert delivering maximum value while maintaining high quality of work
