Personal Trainer (Self employed)
Location: Ashford, Surrey
About Us:
We are a new gym which opened 18 months ago and have already built a strong community of members. We are a member/client focussed gym and we know our member’s names, gym habits and fitness goals. We are a trainer led offering with over half our members upgrading to memberships that offer classes or regular PT sessions. In addition (and why we are recruiting) an increasing number of members are becoming direct clients to our current PTs. To keep up with demand we are looking to bring in another level 3 PT.
The Role:
You get to work in the gym for 15 hours per week guaranteed hours which is the perfect opportunity to engage with the members regularly all whilst being paid. You then have a self-employed PT agreement to allow you to PT in the gym around those 15 hours, managing your own time and business and retain 100% of your earnings with no annual licence fee.
Key Responsibilities:
· To enable personal training clients to maintain their lifestyle, fitness and health goals
· To deliver creative, innovative and inspiring personal training programmes that sustain member retention
· To maintain the high levels of member participation and satisfaction, of group ex/classes
· To be visible and proactive on the gym floor offering advice, answering questions and contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment
· To create social media content on behalf of the club
