Finance Transformation Process Lead
- 8 month contract initially
- Outside IR35
Investigo are currently seeking a talented and experienced Transformation Process Lead to assist and join our client on a contract basis to take responsibility of improving their Procure to Pay (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Position Overview:
As the Transformation Process Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our client's P2P, R2R, and O2C processes. You will be responsible for implementing robust controls, procedures, and governance frameworks to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of our client's financial transactions across the entire procure to pay, record to report, and order to cash life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of our procure to pay, record to report, and order to cash processes, systems, and key stakeholders.
- Design, implement, and monitor comprehensive controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation, standardisation, and automation to drive efficiency gains and enhance process scalability.
- Lead initiatives to streamline work flows, reduce cycle times, and improve the overall effectiveness of the procure to pay, record to report, and order to cash processes.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to process owners, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure adherence to established controls and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues and inquiries related to procure to pay, record to report, and order to cash processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified accountant (preferred).
- Proven expertise in P2P, R2R, and O2C processes, including proficiency with SAP 4 Hana.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional and organisational boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive results, and navigate complex, matrix-ed environments.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices related to procurement, financial reporting, and sales processes.
