Job description
Our client, a leading supplier of electrosurgery consumables to healthcare facilities in the UK and Ireland, is actively looking for a Territory Manager to join their team. In this key role, you will lead a territory with consistent growth, contributing to the ongoing success of our client's highest-value division.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilise expertise in electrosurgery / laparoscopic surgery to address client needs effectively.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals and emergency services.
Create effective territory management plans, to deliver year on year growth.
Execute effective launches of new products throughout the territory.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile:
Proven experience in procurement, with a focus on national procurement and strategic sourcing.
In-depth knowledge of MIS (Minimally Invasive Surgery) or electrosurgery.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans accordingly.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
