Job description
WR Fundraising Recruitment has an opportunity to work with an amazing regional health charity that provides a range of critical support to communities across East London / West Essex.
At a genuinely exciting time of development we are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to join a great marcoms team to develop and deliver compelling communications across a variety of online and social media platforms including paid content on Facebook / Meta and Instagram.
This is a role that will offer you the chance to work creatively with the charity’s new audiences while managing other digital marketing streams including the organisation’s intranet.
Digital Marketing Manager
Full Time, Permanent
East London / Essex border with hybrid working (2 days p/w in office)
Up to £35,000 per annum on experience
Duties will include:
• Play a lead role in ensuring that the website, internal intranet and other digital channels are accurate and up to date
• Responsibility for the website content using the front-end CMS to ensure content is up to date
• Creating compelling organic social content, of planning, delivering and optimising paid digital campaigns and managing and developing a website
• Create engaging insight-driven content to encourage positive engagement and deliver social media campaigns
• Explore impact of and create and deliver video / reels based marketing
• Work closely with the internal teams and external agencies on producing engaging and accessible digital content and digital marketing campaigns
• Provide digital marketing and communications advice and support to colleagues across the organisation
Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience within a digital, marketing communications role and a proven track record of producing engaging digital content
• Experience of managing social media channels within a charity or commercial setting
• Experience in creating, managing, and monitoring paid digital / PPC campaigns
• Experience of creating and delivering on paid social media campaigns
• Experience in creating website content including using CMS packages
• Ability to interpret and apply analytics and audience insight
