We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our dynamic team as a Higher Education Coordinator & Progress Lead. In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Higher Education (HE) Engineering programmes, while fostering robust partnerships with stakeholders and universities.
The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong links with Universities, Employers and other stakeholders whilst supporting the school in maintaining a high quality of education for our Higher Education learners. They will work with the wider Engineering team to develop an extensive pastoral support network to ensure learners have the very best learning experience.
They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's HE co-ordination, maintaining high quality records, producing detailed reports and supporting learners on their entire HE journey.
A Level 4 qualification is an essential requirement to the role, as well as a proven experience of coordinating the design of externally accredited programmes for Higher Education. It would be advantageous if the candidate had a strong understanding of Engineering, a teaching qualification as well as a management qualification to support.
