Job description

Care First, part of Priory, is a leading Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider delivering a range of workplace wellbeing and counselling services to employees of public and private sector organisations across the UK including a 24/7 helpline, structured counselling, critical incident response, workplace mediation, professional support and mental health training. This is a full time role based at Care first's Head Office in Gloucester. The Clinical Lead reports to Care first's Clinical Director, and is responsible for providing clinical leadership for the Telephone Counselling and Associate Counsellor teams. This includes involvement in recruitment and training, implementing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures to meet EAPA Standards and Priory's clinical governance requirements, providing ad-hoc clinical supervision and guidance to team members, reviewing clinical cases, investigation of complaints and liaison with clients, customers and Service Managers.
