Job description

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting an experienced quality Head Chef for our high-end client in Aberdeenshire.

The role will see the successful candidate lead a culinary team in providing a 5-star dining and food experience across 2 on site restaurants - brasserie and refined.

The suitable candidate will:
* Have experience in a hands-on cooking and management role
* Be confident in development, preparation and delivery of classic formal dining
* High level of culinary ability and proven track record

Key responsibilities will include:
* Appointing, training and leading the culinary team
* Personnel management, rota setting and cost controlling
* Menu design and development

Salary up to £55,000 PA doe.
