Our client is looking to add to the team by appointing an Account Manager. Acting as the main contractor, they are a medium-sized business who have become industry leaders delivering on high-quality shopfitting projects across the United Kingdom.
Established in the early 2000's, this contractor boasts a loyal customer base who consistently return to them for all their construction endeavors.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Managing projects achieving completion targets on time and on budget.
* Monitoring of project budgets, variation account and completions.
* Project programming.
* Client-team liaisons.
* Resource allocation.
* Ensuring team adhere to health and safety regulations and comply with up-to-date legislation.
* Develop effective, positive relationships with key client stakeholders at senior level to deliver a quality service in line with client needs, and to nurture further business opportunity where able.
* Establish an appropriate communications structure to ensure efficient sharing of information and key project milestones, and take ultimate, strategic responsibility for driving continuous improvement within service delivery.
* Facilitate, coach, motivate and develop direct reports through regular feedback and carrying out 1:1's. Where necessary, discuss performance improvement or implement corrective action to ensure consistent high standards of work.
* Reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for up to 4 Project Managers and subsequent Site Managers etc.
About you
Essential Criteria
* Must have 7+ years' experience at Project or Contracts Manager level in the construction industry.
* Proven history of delivering on retail, commercial or leisure fit out projects in a fast-track setting.
* Happy to travel nationwide on a weekly basis sometimes.
* Valid Full UK Driving License
* Candidates must be comfortable working with clients at a senior level and demonstrate this from previous roles.
* Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
Desirable Criteria
* Come from a trade background, specifically Carpentry or Joinery
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 6 or 7 Construction Senior Management, HNC Building Studies
