Job description
Seeking a Director of Sales to lead our commercial arm in contacting NHS Foundations across the United Kingdom to offer our services to them concerning their equipment service contracts.
Responsibilities:
- make contact with key stakeholders at each NHS Foundation
- negotiate contracts and close deals with those stakeholders
- maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Compensation:
- Commission only - 40% commission on each completed deal
- Company shares available once sales target reached
