Job description

An Asset Management company are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude, excellent attention to detail and a supportive approach to team members. A candidate with a desire to develop skills and knowledge within a demanding work environment will suit this role. You will be tasked with supporting Client Services Associates on the team, undertaking more junior tasks as you grow your knowledge and skills. You will bring a high level of care and attention to even the most basic task and will demonstrate intelligence through an ability to pick up new things quickly.

JOB ROLE: Client Services Assistant

INDUSTRY: Asset management

SALARY: £28k - £30k

LOCATION: West End/ Hybrid

JOB ROLE:

• Management and distribution of physical post items


• Client Onboarding - onboarding new clients with the greatest attention to detail and care


• Client Communications - ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when producing, checking, and distributing client communications and reports


• Ad-hoc projects - assisting with ad-hoc tasks such as document review and information capture


• Call handling - Assisting clients with their enquiries on the phone

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 environment package


• Great organisational skills


• High level of communication skills.


• Be punctual with tasks and proactive.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Energetic and hard working.


• High personal ethics and integrity.
