Salesforce Administrator
Location: Hybrid with very occasional travel to Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 (dependant on experience)

We are actively seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our client and play a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness of their CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud:Utilise your proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, set up, and enhance marketing automation workflows. Guarantee smooth integration with Salesforce Core, ensuring a holistic approach to customer relationship management.
- Salesforce Core Management: Take the lead in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce Core functionalities. Streamline processes, enhance user experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our CRM system.
- System Configuration and Optimisation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations. Continuously optimise Salesforce to align with evolving business needs.
- Data Management: Implement best practices for data integrity, cleanliness, and security within Salesforce. Execute regular data audits and maintenance processes to ensure the accuracy of customer information.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they maximise the platform's capabilities. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to ongoing user proficiency.
- Integration Management: Work on integrating Salesforce with other business systems as needed. Ensure smooth data flow and interoperability between Salesforce and other platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Core.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Proficient in Salesforce Core functionalities, with a track record of successful configuration and customisation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data management, and system integration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
