Job description

At Aerial Direct we are proud to be one of the UK’s leading independent providers of telecommunications. We are equally as proud of our employees who have helped us become one of the largest O2 partners in the UK. 

We are currently looking for a Customer Service advisor to join our award winning team, the department work a shift pattern but don't worry you won't be working late into the night or every weekend!  The shifts are:

Week 1 - 08:30 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Week 2 - 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday

1x Saturday every 4 weeks (and we really mean that!) - 10:00 - 14:00

For the first 6 months you will complete training at our HQ in Fareham but after that you only need to be on site Tuesday's & Wednesday's, the rest of the time you can work remotely.

Ideally you will have experience delivering customer service over the phone in a fast-paced environment.  However, a “can-do” attitude, drive and enthusiasm are more important.
