Job description
Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager is required to join a global manufacturer of machine tools and precision tools such as tool holders, measurement instruments, shrinking technology and cutting tools.
Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager will have a mechanical engineering sales background with full product training being provided. Experience selling machine tools and precision tools such as tool holders, measurement instruments, shrinking technology and cutting tools or similar would be advantageous.
Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager will be covering the East Midlands and Southeast including the postcodes PE, NR, IP, CB, SG, CM, CO, ME, TN, CT, SS.
Package Paying up to £50,000k depending on experience

Role - Covering the Midlands, managing and developing an existing client base and also be able to bring on new profitable clients.
- Selling a range of products of machine tools and precision tools such as tool holders, measurement instruments, shrinking technology and cutting tools. Mainly focusing on tool clamping and milling technology.
- Identifying and acquiring new market potential.
- Liaise with the internal and external sales team.
- Previous experience selling to OEMs is ideal but not essential.
- Visits to exhibions and trade shows throughout Europe.
- Travel will be required throughout the postcodes PE, NR, IP, CB, SG, CM, CO, ME, TN, CT, SS.
Requirements - Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Technical Sales Engineer within Engineering.
- A mechanical engineering sales background within machine tools and precision tools such as tool holders, measurement instruments, shrinking technology and cutting tools or similar would be advantageous.
- Hold a HNC / HND or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related is desirable.
- Must have a Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel across the East Midlands and Southeast including the postcodes PE, NR, IP, CB, SG, CM, CO, ME, TN, CT, SS.
