Your challenges
- You will work with the team to increase customer satisfaction and Eppendorf's brand image by providing technical support to bioprocess customers in Europe (50% travel in UK & 50% Travel in Europe).
- You support demanding customers in Europe with technical and application-related issues.
- You create solution approaches in collaboration with the customer and implement them technically.
- You are responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of Eppendorf bioprocess equipment.
- You conduct user training for Eppendorf bioprocessing devices and their software.
- You are responsible for the timely implementation and documentation of service operations (installations, training, etc.).
Your expertise
- You have a completed (technical) university degree in a technical discipline (bio- or electrical engineering or comparable) or can look back on several years of professional experience in the customer service area based on technician/master training in the field of electrical engineering.
- You have a very good and broad technical understanding as well as a talent for implementation on technical devices.
- You are willing to work flexible hours and travel on business (up to 70% over several days and across Europe)
- You have very good English skills and good written and spoken German skills; additional European language skills are an advantage.
- You have skills in dealing with IT systems (MS Software Package, MS Teams, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Very good communication skills, commitment and friendliness when dealing with demanding customers are a given for you.
- You are a team player and can organize yourself.
- You work independently and conscientiously..
