Job description
With funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, DanceEast is looking for an experienced and creative Project Manager with an interest in dance education and the applications of digital technologies to the cultural sector. Tasked with overseeing the Digital Primaries project - the Project Manager will lead this innovative project to develop the delivery of dance in primary schools, through a live co-teaching model. This is a great opportunity for the right person to make a real contribution to fast-evolving developments in dance education, at an incredibly exciting time for the organisation.
The successful candidate will lead on all internal and external relationships with the project team and partners; alongside responsibility for managing budgets and project plans. Working closely with other Creative Team members, they will embed the project into DanceEast's wider programme. Possessing strong communication skills, applicants should have experience of successful partnership working, be highly organised, and demonstrate a solution focused approach.
