Job Description
- Develop and lead execution of the omnichannel strategy for UK & Ireland.
- Devise, develop and implement the retail brand strategy.
- Lead weekly sales meetings, Monthly Forecast and Commercial reviews.
- Lead and design retail initiatives, leveraging and demanding support from senior stakeholders
- Improve and execute strategies with digital marketing, merchandising and operations that will digitally enhance the customer experience.
- Lead and inspire the retail a function to deliver outstanding execution and insights to the business as well as being totally customer focused.
The Successful Applicant
- An in depth understanding of Ominichannel Retail and e-Commerce with exposure to relevant Marketplaces (Amazon/eBay)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Experience with Trading and Merchandising
- Experience in leading and developing teams.
- Strong interest in digital marketing channels and e-commerce.
- An appetite for strategic planning.
- Pro-active and solution oriented .
- Customer experience focused.
- PNL Management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce strategy from UX to CRO to performance to omnichannel integration and be avidly aware of emerging trends and technologies
