TPF Recruitment is excited to represent one of our esteemed clients in Crawley, who is currently seeking three ambitious individuals to join their team as Trainee Accountants. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their careers in accountancy practice.

Position Overview:

As a Trainee Accountant, you will be immersed in a general practice capacity, gaining exposure to various facets including accounts, audit, and taxation. This role is ideal for recent graduates or upcoming graduates in the summer of 2024 with a finance-related degree, such as mathematics, accounts & finance, or economics, boasting a minimum grade of 2:1. Additionally, school or college leavers currently pursuing their AAT journey are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with accounts preparation
• Supporting audit engagements
• Contributing to taxation activities
• Collaborating with team members on client projects
• Participating in ongoing training and development initiatives

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Recent or upcoming graduate with a finance-related degree (2:1 minimum)
• Alternatively, school/college leavers on their AAT journey
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a practice environment
• Good GCSE & A Level grades.
