Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company in Croydon as a Customer Service Assistant. This is an ongoing temp role with the potential to go permanent depending on performance.

Salary: £8/hour (temp), £18,000 (perm)

Duties

• Dealing with incoming customer enquries via telephone and email
• Resolving customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• General administrative duties

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Clear and professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills
• A friendly and approachable personality
• Educated to A Levels at a minimum
