Sales Manager - c£50k plus car or car allowance based in Reading, Berkshire
Please only apply if you have Fire Detection/Protection industry experience or similar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the internal sales team. The successful candidate will find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss and demonstrate our product portfolio's capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to all prospective clients.
Duties/attributes: - Manage/supervise the internal sales team
- Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical demonstrations
- Partner with the sales team to generate leads
- Manage partner accounts
- System specification
- Find and maintain prospective clients
- Provide general technical support to clients
- Ability to discuss technical concepts with prospective leads
- Formal technical qualification is an advantage
- Willingness to travel UK wide and possibly overseas
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
