Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistants (LSA) for Complex Needs
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £70 - £100 per day

Key Responsibilities: - As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for Complex Needs, you will provide personalised support to students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning experience.
- Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with classroom teachers and special education professionals.
- Assist students in developing essential life skills and promoting independence.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
Requirements: - Previous experience working as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with complex needs and a commitment to their holistic development.
