£65,000 - £68,000 PER ANNUM
PERMANENT, FULL-TIME ON SITE MUCH HADHAM, HERTFORDSHIRE About the role This exciting opportunity is integral in supporting the Director of Finance and Executive Team with high quality financial information, analysis and processes. The post holder will work to provide an exceptional finance service, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, whilst playing a key role in the growth and long-term finance strategy. You will successfully drive performance and efficiency across the team, whilst providing sound logical advice and training to budget holders across the organisation, establishing trust and credibility in all that you do.
This is an exciting time to join their organisation as they look to grow their offer and increase their Admissions. This role will form part of the Senior Leadership Team, and will play an essential role in ensuring our pricing and accounts are accurate and skilfully translated into a language that the whole organisation can understand.
About you The Financial Controller will:
- Have substantial experience working as a Financial Controller (or similar) with a full accounting qualification
- Have excellent Excel and financial analysis and reporting skills
- Be a flexible, creative, solution focused individual
- Be able to process and present complex and diverse information in a structured, coherent way
- Have experience managing and leading teams
- Be dependable and credible, with the ability to establish good working relationships at all levels
