Introduction
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a provider of support services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Epilepsy, with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Service based in Beaconsfield.

Overview
Compass Associates are currently working with one of the UK's leading national providers within Residential and Supported Living care. We are looking for a Registered Manager to overlook the running of a x20 bed Residential Service specialising in Learning Disabilities, Epilepsy, and other Complex Needs in the Beaconsfield area. This exciting role involves the overall responsibility of this 'Good' rated service, reporting to and working alongside the senior management team you will be taking in the CQC Registration for a successful and settled residential home.
As the Registered Manager, you will have the chance to develop and improve the service with a vision to take it to an Outstanding and work alongside equally passionate colleagues trying to make a difference to the service users' lives. Work Pattern Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with expectations to be flexible depending on the needs of the service + on call with the rest of the management team.
Location The position is based in Beaconsfield and commutable from Gerrards Cross, Uxbridge, Chalfont St Peter & Farnham Common
Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of managing Residential Services
• Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different needs
• Excellent knowledge of the Care Quality Commission standards
• Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism
• Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual
• Good links with the Local Authority
• Clear DBS / CRB
