Job description
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to join our highly skilled team based in Taunton. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, and self-motivated to join our highly skilled workforce. The job will focus on leading a small, designated team to deliver a high-quality ground maintenance service to our clients. The role will be permanent and will have a total working week of 40 hours.

- Leading a dedicated team that will work in the Taunton area providing services to specific clients
- You will organise daily work schedules, also making sure all daily checks have been completed by the team on relevant plant and machinery.
- You will ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures are met and followed
- You will have excellent industry knowledge and be able to demonstrate this. It would be desirable that you have had experience in a similar role
- Responsibilities would include grass cutting, strimming, blowing, sports pitch marking, pruning, bedding, litter picking, weed control
- Possess a full UK driver’s license
- It is important that you can deal with the public and customers alike
- And any other duties that maybe required of you
