Your new company
This company opened their first store in the early 90’s and since then, they have expanded throughout the North and West of Northern Ireland. They are now widely recognised as one of the most successful brands within their industry, employing over one hundred people across their sites. They have appointed Hays to recruit a Marketing Officer to join their team. You will be required to be in the Omagh office 1 day a week and will visit outlets between Omagh and Derry as required.
Your new role
As Marketing Officer, you will have full responsibility for the complete marketing function. A large part of the role will involve social media content planning, where you will be responsible for producing Reels and Digital marketing activities for different campaigns at any one time. You will be working on the company\'s own brand and distribution brand projects. Managing and updating all online e-commerce activities for the company. Updating systems accurately and efficiently and liaising with relevant bodies.
What you'll need to succeed
As Marketing Officer, essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will have been responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns and strategies. Have a good understanding of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills with an adaptable and positive attitude. Strong communication skills. You will take pride in your work and be self-motivated to succeed.
