Job description
A highly ranked law firm in the Legal 500 and Chambers, based in Hampshire/Surrey boarders, are seeking two experienced Dispute Resolution Lawyers to join their growing team:
Commercial Litigator - focusing on Commercial and Contract Litigation although some familiarity with contentious insolvency would be desirable but not essential.
Property Litigator - covering both Residential and Commercial Property. Some familiarity with general contract dispute work would also be desirable.
You will be working collaboratively with ranked and award-winning departments within the firm, and you will play a pivotal role in their litigation department, handling a diverse range of disputes and complex cases. Their busy and successful Dispute Resolution team provides long term support to both business and individual clients in a wide variety of commercial and civil litigation matters.
