Job Description: My client is looking for an experienced Financial Administrator to join their growing financial planning firm based in Stroud, Gloucester. They are a global economic advisory firm that serves private businesses, governments, and not-for-profits. The successful candidate will have great people skills and play a key role in the growth of the firm.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Answering telephone calls
- Maintaining and updating Intelligence Office
- Running and reviewing back-office MI reports
- Liaising with providers
- Basic administrative tasks
- Processing fund switch, withdrawal, and purchase instructions online.
- Managing client fees
- Banking / Payroll

Skills and experience required: - Financial Services administration experience required
- Educated to a minimum of A Level standard
- Experience using Intelligent Office
- Financial planning experience desired but not essential
