Wayman Group is currently seeking a Biology Teacher to join the team at an outstanding school in Barnet. This full-time position will start in September, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual who is passionate about Biology and committed to providing an exceptional education to students. About the Role

• Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons that foster student curiosity and promote critical thinking
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and development
• Assess and provide timely feedback on student progress and achievement
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement unit plans and assessments
• Contribute to the school's Biology department initiatives and participate in departmental meetings
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and academic performance

Requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Specialization in Biology or a related subject
• Prior experience teaching Biology, preferably at the secondary level
• Passion for Biology and a commitment to student success
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
• Continual professional development to stay current with advances in Biology education
