We're seeking a seasoned Site Agent to join a team for an exciting 8-month contract. This role offers the chance to lead and manage a dedicated site team while contributing to the successful completion of a significant infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:
·Manage all aspects of the site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
·Oversee programme management, coordinating activities to optimize efficiency and productivity.
·Lead and mentor the site team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
·Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) standards on site.
·Collaborate closely with subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
·Report progress, issues, and concerns to the Project Manager, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

Requirements:
·Proven experience in highways projects, ideally with exposure to National Highways standards.
·Strong background in structures, with the ability to effectively manage repair and maintenance activities.
·Demonstrated proficiency in programme management, site team leadership, and subcontractor coordination.
·Commitment to HSEQ principles, with experience implementing and enforcing safety protocols on site.
·Excellent communication skills, capable of reporting into and collaborating with project stakeholders.
