Technical Account Manager

Permanent

Based: High Wycombe / Hybrid

 

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Central Technical team. As our next Technical Account Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating the technical interface between Premier customer products and customers in areas such as quality, food safety, product/packaging development, and technical support. You'll be supporting customer brand managers on technical requests and providing food safety and quality advice for export.

 

To excel in this role, you'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic with proven team working skills and a strong understanding of legal label compliance. We're looking for someone who has graduated in Food and has experience working with retail customers. This role requires experience in project management and a good understanding of customer technical and development requirements.

The Key Requirements...

As a Technical Account Manager, you have proven team working skills and understanding of legal label compliance. With a food background and experience with retail customers, along with project management experience, you understand customer technical and development requirements. You possess good influencing and interpersonal skills and enjoy embracing challenges and finding innovative solutions. Your responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
