Crimson Tide mpro Limited has an exciting opportunity available for a Marketing Executive to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of between £30,000-£35,000 per annum plus benefits, depending on experience.

This role is hybrid, with three days based in the office per week.

Hours: Monday – Friday

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum

As a Marketing Executive , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the wider marketing team to deliver the marketing strategy to enhance our company’s visibility, reputation, and market share. This role will focus on overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, various forms of content creation, events organisation and attendance, HubSpot campaign management, reporting and housekeeping, and other administrative tasks as required.

Your responsibilities as our Marketing Executive:

Campaign Management:

• Ensure the marketing team effectively utilises Hubspot, maintaining processes, fields, reports, and websites.
• Plan and execute Hubspot campaigns to nurture leads from prospective partners and direct customers.
• Collaborate with the CMO to establish customer lifecycle management programs and partner engagement plans.

Event Management:

• Organize and maintain the events calendar, handling stand design, attendance rota, presentations, and branded merchandise.
• Implement pre- and post-show Hubspot and social campaigns for event ROI optimization.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events, managing travel and accommodation bookings.

Marketing Collateral Creation and Maintenance:

• Support the development of engaging content across digital and offline channels, including brochures, presentations, website, social media, video, and sales kits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality content aligned with current brand guidelines.

What makes you our ideal Marketing Executive:

• Minimum 1 year of marketing experience, focusing on marketing automation platforms, campaigns, content creation, and events management.
• Familiarity with marketing CRM/automation software and tactics.
• Marketing qualification preferred; Hubspot certifications advantageous.
• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-starter with an enthusiastic and proactive work ethic.
• Hands-on attitude and can-do nature.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
