Salary: £37,500 per annum plus benefits
Location: This is a home-based opportunity with travel requirements to:
MND Association offices in Northampton/London
London and Leeds for the Neurological Alliance.
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
The Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association is excited to be working in collaboration with the Neurological Alliance! Your time will be spent 3 days per week with the MND Association and 2 days with the Neurological Alliance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Involvement Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of both the MND Association and the Neurological Alliance
As an Involvement Lead, you will work across both organisations to place individuals affected by MND and other neurological conditions at the heart of our respective initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
As an Involvement Lead, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change for individuals affected by MND and other neurological conditions. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the direction of both organisations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in delivering impactful engagement initiatives within the public, research, or charity sector. You will excel in advising on both strategic and operational aspects, utilising a variety of platforms to engage the public.
Experience navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and fostering relationships with key individuals is essential. Strong ability to engage with diverse communities, you will bring excellent facilitation, communication, and organisational skills.
