Job description
We are looking for Senior CRM Executive to join our CRM and Loyalty team in Harrods. This is a new position in the team and will be essential in unlocking and supporting major growth potential with our Brand Partnerships and CRM divisions.
About The Role
As the Senior CRM Executive you will lead the roadmap to help evolve the CRM landscape for our brand partners and provide invaluable support in aligning the strategies of both teams to achieve maximum commercial and marketing success. The role offers an opportunity to discourse directly with our brand partners engaging in comm and meetings, as well as directly shaping brand campaigns across standard and bespoke inventory working with the Partnerships team to reach commercial targets.
You will also;
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time from a CRM execution point of view and work with your manager to lead productive consultation brief meetings with our brands and partners to support their initiatives in-line with our CRM and customer objectives
- Develop in depth knowledge of partnerships territory and curate expertise in all things brand partner
- Intercept and interrogate client briefs to responding with bespoke solutions, innovating with the CRM team to deliver best in class media solutions across the CRM portfolio.
- Can confidently lead discussions with internal and external stakeholders
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience owning or supporting with a strategy for a CRM Channel (Email, SMS, Push or Direct Mail), also previous experience of both operating with commercial insight and acumen in executing brand partnerships and campaign execution and segmentation. We are looking for someone wo has a good understanding of ESPs and Google Analytics aswell as the importance of reporting on KPIs across all channels.
You will also;
- Successfully deliver CRM campaigns from brief to execution
- Be able to deliver reports/presentations to wider teams and higher stakeholders
- Work well under pressure with quick turnaround times
- Experience of project Management and strong organisation
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
