People Business Partner - Fixed-Term Contract (3-6 months) with possibility to go permanent
Location: Support Centre – Birmingham (3/4 days in-office/site visits) travel required
Salary: up to £52,000 per annum +£7000 car allownace

Are you an experienced People Business Partner available to make an immediate impact? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our People Team on a Fixed-Term Contract basis, with the potential for a permanent role.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in redundancy processes.
- Experience in managing multi-sites is essential.
About the Role:
- Implement the People Plan for our Division, focusing on retention and engagement.
- Own Succession Plans for the Division and assigned Group functions.
- Lead the Colleague Engagement Survey process, ensuring action plans are in place.
- Oversee the appraisal process and support developmental actions for colleagues.
- Handle ER matters positively and collaboratively, providing support and expertise.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruitment to fill vacancies within agreed timescales.
- Deliver ad-hoc projects aligned with business plans.
- Support ER cases, offering guidance and expertise.
- Train line managers on HR best practices.
- Contribute to change/transformation initiatives within the Division.
Requirements:
- CIPD qualified.
- Multi-site experience, preferably in retail, healthcare, or hospitality.
- Strongly commercial with proven People Strategy implementation.
- Minimum 4 years HR experience with strategic and operational expertise.
- Outstanding influencing and business partnering skills.
