Job description

The Opportunity:

A 12-month contract opportunity has become available based in Cambridge to provide Planisware capability support to the Development department and sub-functions.

This role is hybrid, based in the Cambridge office with a minimum of 2-3 days per week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical ability with Planisware
• Ability to work independently without micro-management
• Advanced level MS Office skills (in particular MS Excel, MS Project)
• A minimum of 3 years PMO experience (Senior Analyst level)
• An understanding of processes within regulated industries eg banking, insurance, healthcare, etc.
• Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 is desirable
• Risk management experience
• Change management experience

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support Planisware system and associated processes for the Development organisation
• Assist in the development of new business and support processes for Planisware
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the system
• Manage portfolio-level planning cycle in Planisware
• Create and review Assets and Products in Planisware
• Effectively liaise and communicate with other teams involved in the Planisware Capability Support function
• Support and drive the Change Control process
