AutogenAI

Job description
AutogenAI revolutionizes the way people write by introducing a collaborative platform powered by Artificial Intelligence. Our award-winning SaaS application has already achieved sizeable success with significant ARR. We are rapidly expanding and innovating to meet the demands of our users in this ever-evolving digital climate. We closed our Series A in July 2023 and Series B in December 2023. We are growing at an explosive rate, and need to continue meeting the needs of our end users as we evolve our platform in a fast-changing environment.
We are looking for senior level developers with fluency in TypeScript to write greenfield code and expand on existing functionality, as part of a tightly knit product team working on our web-based SaaS application. This role would benefit from full-stack development experience. The salary range is £80-110K, with two days a week in our London office near King's Cross, and strong potential for career growth.
The selection process consists of an initial sift, a 30 minute video call, a one hour remote code pairing interview, and an in-person meeting with the team at our office near King's Cross. We keep the time between these stages as short as possible, and in any case not more than a week.
To succeed in the role, you will need to be excited to work on a product that is growing and evolving quickly, and where your priorities may need to change as we learn more. A crucial skill will be the ability to break large pieces of functionality into smaller increments that are quick to deliver and provide value to end users. We will also need you to be able to adhere to modern devops-style practices. Practices we follow include frequent incremental deployment using CI/CD, short cycle times, infrastructure as code and a focus on properly understanding what is needed before delivering it.
No agencies - this role is exclusive to a single recruiter. Uninvited approaches will be marked as spam.
Requirements
Our stack is based in AWS, with a React frontend, NestJS backend, and various cloud-native services for auth, caching, data storage, search, logging and so on. We use TypeScript for all JS-based work, and Python for file ingest and processing.
