Your New Role
Working within a dynamic organisation, our client is seeking a driven, ambitious and forward thinking HR Advisor to join their team. The role is vital in supporting their growth and provide general proactive advisory to HR matters. You will take a lead on employee relations, L&D, and performance management, alongside, recruitment.
In this varied role you will support on the strategic HR Projects, looking at processes and policies, ensuring comprehensive HR advise. You will provide effective management of ER concerns and oversee the performance appraisal system. Working with line managers, you will support with the E2E recruitment cycle.
To Ensure Your Success
You will ideally possess CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience within HR. You will have demonstrable experience as an HR Advisor or HR Manager. You will have solid knowledge of employment law, organisational development, recruitment, ER and employee engagement. You will be a flexible individual with excellent relationship building skills.
