Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Business Development Administrator role are:
- Administer the setup of new clients and organise VAT & EPR Registration documents.
- Communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email.
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry changes, self-educating to maintain expertise.
- Tackle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain transparent internal communication for an optimal customer journey.
- Organise and update internal computer systems with relevant information.
- Monitor and meet deadlines, handling both day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc requirements.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio with varying needs to a high standard.
