Job Title: Care Worker
Salary: £22,880 - £23,816 + £1500 Welcome Bonus
Location: Meldreth, Hertfordshire (SG8 postcode)
Hours: Average of 40 hours per week ( Full-time) Or 24 hours per week ( Part-time)
Contract Type: Permanent

As a Care Worker, your key duties will be: - Delivering exceptional levels of care throughout daily activities including personal hygiene, social interaction, educational pursuits, and personal care needs
- Providing support during therapy sessions, including hydrotherapy and rebound therapy
- Establishing effective communication and fostering meaningful relationships to empower children and young adults in their growth and development journey
- Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and enjoyable environment conducive to their well-being
- Actively contributing to the enhancement of their learning and social skills whenever opportunities arise
Requirements: - No experience is required.
- Motivated to learn and to go the extra mile
- Ability to guide and encourage supportive independence when possible
- Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and understanding
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- An active approach to the role
