WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an assistant principal from September 2024. This leadership position is a flexible, full-time and strategic role focused on supporting the executive principal to maintain the consistently outstanding quality of education provided

This unique and exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to our pupils' lives at our trauma-centred therapeutic school in Woodham Ferrers.

All our pupils have education, health and care (EHC) plans for their adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
