Job description
Join a fabulous entertainment venue as a Front of House Manager based in Islington North London.
THE JOB:
- Overall, you will lead the day-to-day front-of-house operations, running events, dealing with customer enquiries and organising the sale of merchandise.
- As a line manager, you will support, take and supervise the front-of-house team, leading briefings, training, and undertaking staff appraisals.
- You will also liaise with visiting performers' technical and production teams regarding their requirements.
- As a custodian, you will be responsible for monitoring the general appearance of the building to ensure it is well cared for.
- There are also some health and safety, fire, and first aid duties to reduce incidents.
- Hours will vary depending on when performances are hosted.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Ideally, you will have previous Front of House experience
- Good knowledge of health and safety and preferably first aid certification
- An excellent brand ambassador, outgoing, friendly and professional.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £28,000 - £30,000, dependent on experience
- 20 days holiday + public holidays
- Pension.
